The spokesman for the Ministry of Housing said during a phone call on the "Saa 6" program on Al-Hayat TV that reservations will open on Sunday, February 16, at the Fund's headquarters in Nasr City, explaining that the value of the down payment for the housing units offered in Obour City is 100 thousand pounds.

He added that those wishing to reserve must complete 20% of the unit price within a month from the date of reservation, noting that the price per square meter for fully finished units is about 18 thousand pounds.

Engineer Amr Khattab noted that the conditions for reserving the housing units offered in Obour City will be announced in the coming few days through the official page of the Ministry of Housing, explaining that those wishing to reserve can view the conditions, required documents and the method of application through the Ministry's website or visit the headquarters of the Housing Finance Fund in Nasr City.

Khattab added that the payment process will be flexible, as applicants can pay 50% of the unit price in several stages within seven months before receipt, indicating the possibility of payment in quarterly installments for two years without interest, while interest will be calculated on installments that will be paid over three or five years.
