Misr Italia Company has launched a 12-year installment system with installments starting from EGP 5,000 for its projects in the capital, Mostakbal City and the North Coast.

Palm Hills Real Estate Development Company, on the occasion of its 25th anniversary, announced a number of offers to purchase units in its various projects

 

It has launched a new installment system in all its projects that extends to 12 years.

 

The most prominent offers that the company indicated extend for only 25 days were paying a 1.5% down payment with the rest of the unit value paid over 12 years.

 

The offers also included paying a 3% down payment of the unit value and paying up to 10 years, as well as paying a 5% down payment with payment over 10 years.
