Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, approved the building rules and requirements for urban areas "Housing + Services" for the Heliopolis Housing and Development Company project "New Heliopolis City", and work is done according to them in issuing ministerial decisions to approve the general and detailed plan for these areas, in a manner that does not conflict with the heights determined by the Armed Forces for the area.
