The Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities revealed details of a new offering of investment lands in new cities.

New offering of investment lands

The ministry is offering in New Mallawi City an educational land with an area of 129,654 square meters at a price of 1,420 pounds.

Offering of commercial and administrative land

It is also offering in New Nasser City - West Assiut a commercial and administrative land with an area of 2,487 square meters at a price of 5,000 pounds, a car station land with an area of 3,984 square meters at a price of 4,260 pounds, and an integrated urban land with an area of 46,197 square meters at a price of 2,545 pounds, and an educational land with an area of 9,802 square meters at a price of 3,015 pounds.

New Beni Suef City

In New Beni Suef City, a warehouse land with an area of 1025 square meters is being offered at a price of 4345 pounds, a warehouse land with an area of 5110 square meters is being offered at a price of 4345 pounds, a commercial land with an area of 2443 square meters is being offered at a price of 12830 pounds, and a commercial residential land with an area of 770 square meters is being offered at a price of 13630 pounds.

New Sohag City

In New Sohag City, a car fuel station land with an area of 6874 square meters is being offered at a price of 6470 pounds, and an educational land with an area of 6176 square meters is being offered at a price of 4690 pounds.

In New Qena City, a recreational land with a usufruct system of 20,878 square meters is offered, a commercial, administrative, and residential land of 2,215 square meters at a price of 6,700 pounds, a commercial land of 750 square meters at a price of 12,680 pounds, a commercial, administrative land of 3,994 square meters at a price of 5,445 pounds, and a warehouse land of 1,227 square meters at a price of 2,195 pounds.

New Taiba also offers an administrative land of 2,846 square meters at a price of 3,055 pounds, a commercial land of 1,200 square meters at a price of 10,105 pounds, a commercial land of 2,039 square meters at a price of 9,645 pounds, and a commercial, administrative, and residential land of 2,007 square meters at a price of 5,725 pounds.

In New Aswan City, an administrative land with an area of 2846 square meters is offered at a price of 3055 pounds, a commercial land with an area of 1200 square meters at a price of 10105 pounds, a commercial land with an area of 2039 square meters at a price of 9645 pounds, and a commercial, administrative, and residential land with an area of 2007 square meters at a price of 5725 pounds.
