Compensation Details:
Payment is commission-based, tied to the success of your efforts:
- You earn one full month’s payment for each successful hire, calculated based on the closed deals generated by the hired agents.
- The commission starts counting after the first closed deal of the agent you recruit.
- High promotion opportunity after 3 months based on performance and KPIs.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Morning Shift)
Working Days: Saturday to Thursday (Friday Off)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a driven and skilled HR Executive to spearhead our recruitment process, ensuring we onboard top-performing agents for our team. Your focus will be on identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent in the market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to hire top-tier real estate agents.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for continuous hiring needs.
- Collaborate with management to understand hiring goals and agent requirements.
- Monitor the performance of hired agents during their initial period to ensure quality hires.
- Regularly update the recruitment database and provide reports on progress.
- Stay informed about market trends and innovative recruitment methods.
Required Experience
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms.
- Ability to identify and hire high-performing agents.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High-quality and motivated individual with exceptional organizational abilities.
- Stable internet connection and a suitable remote working setup.
