Responsibilities
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and identify growth opportunities.
- Branding & Positioning: Strengthen the company’s brand presence through effective positioning and consistent messaging.
- Content Creation & Management: Develop engaging and impactful content across various platforms.
- Digital Marketing: Plan and execute campaigns on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and real estate listing platforms.
- Marketing Automation: Implement and optimize automated workflows to streamline lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes.
- Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Optimize CRM systems to maximize conversion rates.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Creative Work: Produce captivating visual and written content, including video editing and graphic design.
- Social Media Moderation: Manage online interactions to ensure positive engagement with followers and clients.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize digital content to rank effectively in search engines.
- Lead Management: Generate, nurture, and convert leads efficiently.
- Strategizing: Contribute to long-term marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate.
- Experience with marketing automation tools to create and manage effective campaigns.
- Expertise in social media platforms and property listing websites.
- Proficient in CRM systems, video editing, graphic design, and SEO.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- High-quality, motivated professional accustomed to fast-paced environments.
- Stable internet connection, a high-spec laptop (i5 processor or above, 6GB RAM or more), and remote working tools.
