About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Real Estate Agent to join our team! This role requires an individual with a strong background in the Egyptian real estate market who can collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Details

• Working Days: Saturday to Thursday (Friday is off)
• Business Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Morning Shift, 9 hours daily, including a 1-hour break)
• Emergency Availability: Be available occasionally for urgent tasks or emergency meetings.

Responsibilities

• Listing properties on real estate platforms with accuracy and creativity.
• Writing compelling and engaging property ads.
• Collaborating with the team to achieve marketing goals.
• Leveraging social media marketing strategies to attract potential clients.
• Managing tasks efficiently using CRM tools.
• Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues through verbal, non-verbal, and written communication.
• Staying organized and delivering high-quality work consistently.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in the Egyptian real estate market.
• High-quality, motivated, and committed individual.
• Serious and able to meet deadlines.
• Preferably owns a car.
• Familiarity with property listing on real estate platforms.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• High communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, and written).
• Computer skills with fluency in CRM tools.
• Owns a laptop (minimum specs: i5 processor, 6GB RAM).
• Stable, fast internet connection.
• Lives near or around New Cairo.
• Graduate, on a gap year, or a dropout.
• Quick learner with an adaptable attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekly reports.
