Job Details – Property Consultant

Job Title: Property Consultant

Job Type:

  • Full-time
  • Remote

Working Hours:

  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Saturday to Thursday (Friday off)

Compensation:

  • Commission-based with an attractive incentive scheme
  • Earn 30% of overall profits based on department performance
  • Additional incentives included

Probation Period:

  • 3 months
  • Promotion opportunity upon meeting KPIs

Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs.
    • Conduct market research and analyze trends to provide clients with expert advice.
    • Assist clients with property transactions (buying, selling, and renting) while ensuring smooth processes.
    • Organize and lead property viewings, effectively showcasing property features and benefits.
    • Negotiate terms and agreements to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
    • Manage leads and sales pipelines using CRM systems.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote property listings effectively.
    • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Required Experience

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in the Egyptian real estate market.
  • Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
    • Organizational and time-management skills
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate platforms
  • Tech Requirements:
    • Own a laptop (i5 or above, 6GB RAM or above)
    • Stable and reliable internet connection
  • Professional Traits:
    • Highly motivated and results-driven
    • Adaptable to fast-paced environments
    • Dedicated and capable of working independently
