Working Hours: Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality across all products and services. You will play a key role in ensuring consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement in the delivery of our services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes.
- Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of products/services to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Work closely with product teams to ensure any quality issues are promptly addressed and resolved.
- Provide training and support to teams on quality standards and best practices.
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role, preferably within a service or product-focused industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, process audits, and compliance standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet objectives.
- Familiarity with various testing tools and techniques.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
