Heliopolis Housing and Development Company announced the developments of its partnership with the Middle East Development, Real Estate and Tourism Investment Company in New Heliopolis regarding receiving letters of guarantee of participation.

 

The company explained in a statement to the Egyptian Stock Exchange today that all special procedures for participation with the Middle East Company have been completed and the participation plots of land, estimated at approximately 1,759 acres, have been delivered to begin the participation projects.

 

According to the statement, the company received letters of guarantee from the Middle East Company, sharing a plot of land with an area of ​​865 acres in the city of New Heliopolis, worth 130 million pounds, and sharing a plot of land with an area of ​​894 acres in the city of New Heliopolis, worth 134.5 million pounds.
