Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, stated that yesterday the public draw was held among applicants to reserve the most distinguished Ganna units and housing lands in 6th of October City, which were previously offered under the "Maskan" program, at the main stadium at Cairo International Stadium, amidst a large turnout and attendance from applicants.

Reserving Maskan lands and apartments in 6th of October

Dr. Hassan El-Shorbagy, Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs, explained that for the most distinguished lands, 87 plots were offered, for which 31 citizens with disabilities and 972 citizens from other clients applied to reserve them, and for Ganna units, 223 units were offered, for which 645 citizens with disabilities and 31,932 citizens from other clients applied.

Jannah Apartments in New Cairo

Al-Shorbagy added that the public draw for Jannah units in New Cairo City will be held at the Cairo International Stadium (main stadium) today, 25/2/2025, and the intermediate lands in New Borg El Arab City, tomorrow, 26/2/2025.

It is worth noting that only those who wish to attend the public draw are allowed to attend, provided that they have paid the reservation deposit, and the draw events will be broadcast live on the website of the New Urban Communities Authority. Those who violate the reservation conditions booklet and who do not meet the controls will be excluded from entering this draw.
