Real Estate learned that the New Urban Communities Authority is studying the provision of a number of residential units in the Sakan Misr and Janna projects for those wishing to continue the advance payments for the units that were announced recently. The draw for each project is currently being conducted according to the announced schedule and text messages that were sent to all bookers.

The Authority is currently seeking to limit the bookers, so that residential units will be provided if the Board of Directors approves them. It is scheduled to send text messages or announce through various means the possibility of providing residential units for those wishing to contract, as it is expected that the new residential units will be offered to those wishing to increase the price by 10% compared to the last offering in some cities.

The units that will be provided in the Sakan Misr project range in area from 100 to 120 square meters, fully finished, and are scheduled to be delivered within a few months of their allocation. Units will also be provided in the Janna project with areas ranging from 100 to 150 square meters, fully finished as well.
