The public draw for housing apartments and lands is expected to be completed next week, after the draw for the Sakan Misr units in New Cairo, New October and Shorouk was completed this week, in addition to the medium-sized lands in New Tiba City and October Gardens, and the distinguished lands in New Fayoum City.

 

The last draw also included the "Dar Misr" units in October Gardens and the most distinguished housing lands in Shorouk City.

 

The public draw for housing apartments and lands

 

 

Earlier, the public draw was held for the Sakan Misr units in New Alamein City, as well as the "Sakan Misr" and "Ganna" apartments and distinguished housing in New Damietta City.

 

The last public draw to date was held on Tuesday, February 11, which included the Sakan Misr units and medium-sized lands in the cities of New Minya and New West Qena.

 

The next public draw

 

The public draw will resume on Sunday, February 16, where the draw will be held for the distinguished lands in the cities of Tenth of Ramadan and New Aswan, in addition to the medium-sized lands in Badr City.

 

This draw will continue until February 26 at the covered hall of Cairo International Stadium (Hall No. 1), where the draw will be held for housing apartments and lands on specific days.

 

Offering residential lands of various types

 

The government provides citizens with many facilities through the largest offering of residential lands for individuals in new cities, and this offering includes residential lands in the axes of medium, distinguished and most distinguished housing, and is distributed over 20 new cities, with a total of 8521 plots of land.

The offered residential lands include the following cities: "New West Qena, New Assiut, Sadat, Badr, New Beni Suef, October Gardens, New Thebes, New Minya, New Borg El Arab, New Akhmim, New Sohag, New Qena, New Fayoum, New Nasser, New Aswan, New Mallawi, Tenth of Ramadan, 6th of October, Shorouk, Obour".

 

The aim of offering residential lands

 

The offering of these residential lands of various types aims to meet the increasing demand for lands in the new cities, and to enhance the wheel of development in them, in addition to meeting the desires of citizens to build their own homes according to the approved requirements. This offering also seeks to achieve the required development in these cities.

For his part, Dr. Hassan El-Shorbagy, Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs, confirmed that the medium-income housing plots that were offered include 3,678 plots of land, distributed across different cities, including 223 plots in West Qena City, 31 plots in New Assiut, 1,270 plots in Sadat, 60 plots in Badr, and 150 plots in New Beni Suef, in addition to other plots of land in several cities such as October Gardens, New Thebes, New Minya, and New Borg El Arab.

as the draw will be held at Cairo Stadium starting from 2/8/2025 as follows:-

- Draw for medium lands in New Taiba City on 2/8/2025.

- Draw for distinguished lands in New Fayoum City, on 2/8/2025.

- Draw for medium land plots in October Gardens City on 2/9/2025.

- Draw for the most distinguished housing lands in Shorouk City, on 2/9/2025.

- Draw for medium land plots in New Minya and New West Qena cities, on 2/11/2025.

- Draw for distinguished land plots in Tenth of Ramadan and New Aswan cities on 2/16/2025.

- Draw for medium land plots in Badr City, on 2/16/2025.

- Medium-sized land lottery in New Assiut City, on 2/17/2025.

- The most distinguished housing land lottery in Obour City, on 2/18/2025.
