Independent financial indicators of Orascom Investment Holding revealed that its profits increased by 784.56% during the first quarter of this year, on an annual basis.

 

The company explained in a statement sent to the Egyptian Stock Exchange today that it achieved a net profit of 570.19 million pounds during the period from January until the end of March 2024, compared to profits of 64.46 million pounds in the comparative quarter of 2023.

 

It is noteworthy that the company achieved losses amounting to 28,220 million pounds during 2023, compared to profits amounting to 603,238 million pounds in 2022, taking into account minority rights.

 

The company's profits declined in its independent results last year to 215.151 million pounds, compared to profits amounting to 754.553 million pounds in the previous year.
